Fall Into Self-Intimacy 

This Valentine’s Day + Beyond.


End of January we kicked off the first season of classes here in The Messy Movement Lab. 

​It has been so delicious to dance with each and everyone of you that have joined us for class. 

We started off the week with the sensual self-care class planning how we wanted to integrate into this coming week. 

We moved into mid-week with our messy movement four week series leaning into the theme of activating that sensual connection. 

​Finally ended the week letting Queen Janet take us down in our Intro To Tease Workshop.

Three different fueling stations to allow yourself the opportunity to reconnect to pleasure,rest and ease. 

I set my intention for this past week and let me tell you I was brought to task many times to say... Is this really what you want?

I am safe to thrive.

I am safe to flourish.

I am safe to evolve. 

I am safe to love all of who I am with intensity and great power.

So, as I sit here, thinking about what that means and all the ways these affirmations and needed beliefs can be eroded by what's happening in our physical reality. 

So how do we translate the spiritual work into the physical? 

We first build a keen understanding of the anatomy of what being on a full tank looks like for us. What things do you need to feel fueled up with the capacity to really step into your spotlight this week?

What are those practices, rituals, habits that really make you feel alive?

When you join the Messy Movement four week series you’re not only walking away with powerful movement but inspiration on how to carry that energy into the week.
