The Power of a Seductive Pause is a three-hour, in-person immersion held in a private, oceanfront Airbnb in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. This experience is designed for those who are craving a mid-week reset an intentional pause away from obligation, productivity, and performance so you can return to your body, your breath, and your sensual aliveness.
Together, we will inhabit the entire oceanfront space indoors and out allowing the sound of the waves, natural light, and expansive views to support deep nervous system settling. Through guided sensual movement, embodied rest, and intentional pauses, you’ll be invited to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others in a way that feels grounded, consensual, and deeply nourishing.
This is not a retreat that asks you to push or perform.
