A tired team is a team that’s always on the hunt for a better paying job.
Let’s be honest, if people don’t have time to live when they are doing your work, they won’t enjoy doing the work. The eight hour work model is slowly becoming ineffective and with the growing collective of WFH requests, how do you keep employees engaged, fueled and willing to bring more innovative vision to the space?
We have the solution.
It’s time to bring your team together for one of our wellness sessions. These sessions are designed to give each team member an opportunity to unravel some of the tension they’ve been carrying in the mind, body and spirit. Each refresh session combines healing modalities that include breathwork, visualization, meditation, reflection, ventilating and movement. All participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and at a pace where they feel they trust it is safe to explore.
Here’s what we have learned to be true with over a decade of experience in helping people reconnect to the body, intuition and vitality…
When you give your talent time to focus on wonder, curiosity and more things that they enjoy, they will return to the work with a more energized focus towards solutions. Investing in the wellness of your team means valuing the work that is produced.
Make space for them to rest. Make space for them to play. Make space for their boundaries. Make space for them to reflect on the work in critical ways beyond affirming feedback. Make space for them to explore. And just watch the magic that takes place.
Institutions are encouraged to host these refresh sessions bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly to help team members get more familiar with integrating care practices into the day-to-day work routine.
“Pleasure is our fuel, not a reward.”

We offer three wellness themes for you to explore with your team.
Restore Ease & Calm To The Workplace
Are you ready to implement self-care tools as a practical strategy for your workplace and team? Well you’ve come to the right place. We love helping people find their way back to authenticity, joy and connection holistically. Our approach to workplace wellness includes meditation, reflection and learning skills of critical emotional awareness.
Rebuild Connection, Vulnerability & Creativity
When we have experiences of misunderstanding, grief, harm or trauma that impact us at work or in our home, it shows up in our functioning. Keeping your ensemble (or team) feeling agile and expansive takes commitment to being there in the times when life is really doing a number on our mental and physical well being. Through conversation, reflection, group exercises and discussion we rebuild vital connections for our thriving.

Well, first it' starts with talking about sex and how it impacts our mental health, gender identity, work performance, relationships, cultural lens and understanding, relgious beliefs, finances, family everything.
