Low Impact Movement Series - Low Back Pain Relief - 15- Minute Stretch Practice

Hey ya’ll!

I’m excited to get into today’s practice. I want you to setup your space in way that makes you feel warm, cozy and relaxed.

This practice is an opportunity to shift some of the tension you’re experiencing in the low back.

So we want to think about what stressors are weighing on us (physically and theoretically) and how can make space, through our movement practice, to loosen up the knots and aches to find some relief.

If you are like me, 9 times out of 10 in one day I have experienced low back pain. It has been slight to where I could continue with my day to day practice and often severe, disrupting my day or week.

Taking really good care of your sore or tense spots helps prevent those days where I am more on the severe end of the pain spectrum. Gentle nudging the body to unravel vs. ripping it apart.

Remember that there is no rush, we can take our time. Sink into the movements and allow your body to naturally open up. Follow the tips and prompts at the beginning of your video for more guidance and support.
