How To Find The Motivation For Self-Care

Sometimes you just don’t have the energy to self-care.

It’s completely normal to feel disconnected or disinterested in your practice after awhile. We want you to think of this space as an opportunity for developing a relationship over a longer period of time v. a project that we need to complete. There is space for ebb and flow.

When you’re ready to sink or challenge yourself into the practice you will know and it will feel aligned. There’s no need to force it. Trust your body’s pacing.
